Refunds & Cancellations
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Our products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
Products in your order are eligible for replacement only if:
(a) product was damaged in transit (or)
(b) product contains physical defects (or
(c) incorrect products were shipped (or)
(d) product received is expired
If any of the above matches your complaint, please email us HERE within 48 hours of order delivery with a picture of the defective product(s), specifying your Full Name & Order ID. Please allow us up to 2 working days to inspect your claim. If approved, we will proceed to arrange a quick pickup of the damaged product from your doorstep.
On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken and/or the serial number has been tampered with. The product should be intact with the original packaging material and invoice.
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 48 hours from the time of delivery of the product.
Products in your order are eligible for refunds only if:
(a) the order is cancelled before it is shipped (or)
(b) your prepaid order is returned to us, for any valid reason.
(c) we are, for any reason, unable to replace items in your order as per our Replacement Policy
Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 10-15 working days of receiving the request from you.
